testing options

Testing can be a useful adjunct to naturopathic case taking and can come in many shapes and sizes. In some circumstances, testing can acquire additional costs and it's important to understand the options and what is available. We do spend time discussing these options and which might be best for you during your consultation.

We thoroughly and skillfully interpret your testing results during your consults so that you have an understanding of what the results mean and how we plan to approach the findings.

It is important to note that not everyone requires additional testing, and often going over any pathology testing carried out with your GP or using symptoms alone can provide a lot of information. I will also only conduct testing if it is within your budget.

All of the testing options below are simple at-home tests that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

If there is not a test here that you are wondering about - ask me! I have a lot of experience and training in interpreting many types of testing, including standard pathology testing, pyrroles, methylation and MTHFR, organic acid testing, mould profiles (CIRs), thyroid profiles, liver and detoxification, SIBO breath testing and more. The tests below are just my most commonly used in practice.
