Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • Missed appointments may incur a fee

This Refund Policy outlines when refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling may be available, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Services (Consultations & Pathology Reviews)

Due to the personalised and time-based nature of services:

Refunds are not provided for change of mind

Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee

However, you may be entitled to a refund, reschedule, or partial refund if:

The service was not provided with due care and skill

The service was substantially different from what was described

Any remedies will be assessed in line with ACL requirements.

3. Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, Guides, PDFs)

Digital products are delivered instantly and are for personal use only.

Accordingly:

No refunds are offered for change of mind

Please ensure the product is suitable before purchasing

If a digital product:

Is faulty

Cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by us

Is significantly different from its description

We will provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking and form part of this Refund Policy.

Generally:

Adequate notice is required to reschedule without penalty

Late cancellations (less than 24hours) may incur a fee

5. Packages & Pre-Paid Services

Where services are purchased as a package:

Refunds are not available for unused sessions due to change of mind

Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing

If services cannot be provided as agreed, remedies will be offered in line with ACL.

6. Supplement Purchases

Supplements purchased through third-party dispensaries (e.g. Vital.ly):

Are subject to the supplier’s own refund and returns policy

Are not refunded directly by Emma Jacques Women’s Health

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service or product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to:
