This package is ideal to help rebalance your hormones, support nutrition, support milk supply and regain energy after child birth. We will also be able to assist and support you with the healthy development of your baby and help guide you with the nourishment your baby needs.
We create a personalised plan for you to follow encompassing guidance around nutrition, movement, relaxation and supplement advice.
All consultations are conducted online via zoom (or phone if you prefer) and includes:
1 x Initial 90min session
1 x 45min follow-up session
3 x 20min follow-up sessions

Next steps
- If your initial consult is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice your entire payment will be refunded.
- If you give less than 48 hours notice a $100 cancellation fee will be retained and the remainder will be refunded.
- Reminder text messages will be sent out 3 days prior to your appointments.
- No shows will incur the loss of that consult with no refund.
- If you wish to reschedule a consult 48hours notice must be given.
