For our follow up consultations we discuss any changes, how your current treatment plan is coming along and make any nessessary changes based on your progress. 
 
All consultations are conducted online via zoom (or via phone if you prefer) and includes:
1 x follow up 45min consultation
Personalised treatment plan with guidance around nutrition, movement, relaxation and supplement advice
