In this initial appointment we will  take a deep look at your health from a physical, emotional and structural view. We will look back into your health from as early as childhood to identify any drivers that are contributing to your current state of health and wellbeing. 
 
All consultations are conducted online via zoom (or via phone if you prefer) and includes:
1 x Initial 90min consultation
Personalised treatment plan with guidance around nutrition, movement, relaxation and supplement advice
